What is RTT?
Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) is a unique, cutting-edge and highly effective therapeutic approach to physical, psychological and emotional issues providing powerful and permanent relief. What to Expect?
Each session lasts about 1.5 – 2 hours.
I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state and together we will uncover the root cause of your issue. We will then use individualised techniques to help you rewire, reframe and transform your current reality. A personalised transformational audio recording will be made for you based on the work we have done in the session.
Immediately after the session I will email your personalised recording.
It is crucial to listen to this every day for the next 21 days to break remaining old pattern, behaviours and beliefs and instil your new beliefs and reality.
Are Sessions Online or In Person?
I am based in Vancouver, Canada. Sessions are offered both in person or online. Both approaches are equally effective at producing the client’s desired outcome. In fact, some people find they are more relaxed in the comfort of their own home.
What Does It Feel Like?
The subconscious is a natural state of the mind that you go into every day. Any time you are on autopilot, in a flow state or deeply engrossed in a conversation or book your mind is in the subconscious. During the session you will have your eyes closed but you will be awake and in control. It is similar to a guided meditation. As it is a natural state you won't feel any different to usual. Most people feel deeply relaxed. Your subconscious mind is the key to your healing. Afterwards you may feel relaxed, lighter, relieved and freer. It is also normal to feel tired and want to sleep. I suggest you allow some quiet time in the evening after the session to rest.
How long will it take for you to feel different?
Everyone experiences transformation differently and there is no right or wrong way. There are three main time frames for change:
1) Instant – some clients notice an immediate change
2) Gradual – some clients may notice a gradual change over the 21 days as the new shifts are rooted into the subconscious.
3) Retrospective – others may not notice change until 21 days and then look back and realised how different they are or their friends and family may notice changes.
