Frequently Asked Questions

The Journey

  • That depends on where you’re starting from and where you want to go.
In our initial chemistry call, we’ll explore what you're struggling with and what kind of change you’re seeking. I’ll then recommend the journey that best supports the depth of healing and transformation you’re looking for, whether that’s 12 weeks, 6 months, or 12 months.

  • Everyone’s transformation unfolds in their own time.

There’s no right or wrong way, just your unique healing process.

RTT change typically happens in one of three ways:

    1. Instant - Some clients experience an immediate shift during or right after the session.

    2. Gradual – For others, change unfolds gently over the 21-day integration period as new beliefs take root.

    3. Retrospective – Some only realize the depth of change in hindsight, often after noticing how differently they feel or when friends and family reflect it back to them.

Whichever path you’re on, your mind is rewiring beneath the surface. Trust the process.

  • My Deep Work sessions are more than RTT. They are a powerful, personalised blend of subconscious healing, integrating RTT, hypnotherapy, conversational hypnosis, somatic trauma release, and intuitive guidance. Each session meets you exactly where you are, drawing from years of clinical, therapeutic, and intuitive expertise.

  • Each Deep Work session is a powerful 2 to 2.5 hour journey.
It’s similar to a guided meditation, where you’re gently led into a deeply relaxed, safe state to access your subconscious mind. From there, we uncover and rewire outdated patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and plant the seeds of lasting, aligned transformation.

  • Absolutely. In fact, clients who’ve done years of self-development often experience the most profound shifts. They are often insightful and self aware yet still feel held back by something deeper. This work helps access and rewire the subconscious layers keeping old patterns in place, so you can finally break free and thrive.

Format & Logistics

  • I’m based in Vancouver, Canada, and work with clients worldwide.
Sessions are available in-person or online, both are equally effective, offering the same depth and transformation. We’ll choose the format that best supports your comfort and lifestyle.

  • The first step is to book a free chemistry call. This gives us a chance to meet, explore what you're needing, and see if we're the right fit. Because this work is deep and transformative, I only take on a limited number of clients by invitation to ensure it’s the right timing and the right match for the transformation you’re seeking.

    BOOK A CLARITY CALL
  • RTT is not typically covered by insurance in Canada. Some extended health plans may reimburse for counselling or psychotherapy, but Rapid Transformational Therapy is not usually included. If you're outside of Canada, it’s best to contact your provider directly to ask what's eligible under your plan.

Inside the Process

  • When you are guided into your subconscious, it feels like a deeply relaxed, natural state, similar to being absorbed in a movie or flow state. You’ll have your eyes closed but remain awake and in control, while your nervous system softens into rest. This trance-like state allows access to the subconscious mind, where true healing begins.

After the session, you may feel lighter and more free or simply tired. I recommend giving yourself quiet time to rest and integrate.

  • You won’t relive the past, but to truly heal, we often need to gently feel what’s been buried. In our work together, you’ll be guided to briefly revisit significant memories, not to dwell there, but to uncover the roots of what’s been holding you back. Unlike traditional talk therapy, we don’t stay in the story. Instead, I hold a safe, supportive space where old emotions can be felt, released, and reframed, so they no longer hold power over you.

  • Yes, you are always in control during a Deep Work session. Hypnosis is simply a natural state of focused relaxation where you remain fully aware and able to communicate at any time. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.

In fact, by accessing the subconscious mind, we’re not losing control, we’re reclaiming it. This process allows you to take back conscious control over the patterns and beliefs that have been running unconsciously beneath the surface.

  • Yes, RTT is completely safe. Hypnosis is a natural, normal and relaxing state of focused awareness that you experience daily, like when you’re daydreaming or deeply engrossed in a book.

  • RTT is grounded in evidence-based principles like neuroplasticity, hypnotherapy, and psychology. While RTT itself is relatively new, it builds on well-established practices, especially clinical hypnotherapy, which has a strong and growing body of research supporting its effectiveness for anxiety, emotional health, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and more.

RTT goes further by combining subconscious work, regression, and personalised reprogramming for deeper, lasting change. Thousands have experienced life-changing results, and it has received multiple global awards for its innovation and impact.

Can RTT help with physical symptoms?

Yes. Many clients experience relief from symptoms like chronic pain, fatigue, or tension, often linked to unresolved emotional patterns and chronic nervous system stress. By addressing the subconscious roots, the body can begin to soften, shift and heal. I’ve worked with clients diagnosed with conditions like fibromyalgia who saw significant improvement and in some cases, complete resolution after just a few weeks, or even a single Deep Work session.

Is this Right for Me?

  • This is a powerful and transformative therapy, but it may not be suitable for everyone. RTT is not recommended for:

    • Individuals with Severe Psychiatric Conditions: If you have conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, or are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, you should seek specialised medical care.

    • Those Looking for a Substitute for Medical Advice or Treatment: RTT is a complementary therapy, not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. It works alongside traditional care to address the emotional and psychological aspects of well-being.

    • Anyone Not Currently in a Place to Engage Deeply in the Process: RTT requires openness and a willingness to explore and address deep-seated beliefs. It is most effective when the client is ready and willing to commit to and take responsibility for their healing.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning RTT or any other therapeutic process, especially if you have medical or mental health concerns. RTT is designed to support, not replace, your overall healthcare plan.

  • Many of my clients come to me after trying countless approaches; therapy, coaching, hypnotherapy, ayahuasca, even RTT without lasting results.

This work seems to come naturally to me, and I’ve helped many people who felt stuck or hopeless finally shift and experience real, lasting change, sometimes even after just one deep work session. If you feel like you’ve tried everything, you’re not alone and you haven’t run out of options.

Integration & Aftercare

  • After a Deep Work session, give yourself space to rest, reflect, and integrate.
Key practices to support your healing:

    • Listen to your personalised recording daily for at least 21 days

    • Be gentle with yourself. Allow time to rest and reflect

    • Stay hydrated and nourished

    • Journal insights or emotions that arise

    • Avoid overloading your schedule

    • Surround yourself with calm, supportive environments

  • The daily audio recording is vital for achieving lasting change. Listening consistently helps rewire your subconscious mind by creating new neural pathways. This is how deep transformation takes root.

Through the science of neuroplasticity, your brain begins to let go of outdated beliefs and strengthen new, empowering ones. Daily repetition is key to embedding these shifts, so they become your new default way of thinking, feeling, and being.
